This edition of The Cooking Preacher I am going to bring you a great appetizer that I call Angel Eggs with Shrimp. This is one of my favorite to make as it combines eggs and shrimp two of my the best foods that God has given us.
This is a simple recipe and it is easy to make and it will only take roughly 15 minutes.
Ingredients: Eggs, Shrimp, Garlic, Paprika, Mustard, Dill Weed, Turmeric. **Parmesan Cheese.
In a bowl of water boil eggs for 12 minutes roughly for hard boiled eggs.
In a frying pan place ½ cup of minced garlic.½ tsp of Turmeric and 1 tsp olive oil then your peeled and deveined shrimp cooked until pinkish orange. When done remove shrimp and place on a napkin. Save contents of a pan.
Remove shell from eggs, cut eggs horizontal and remove the yoke from the egg.
In a bowl add mustard, yolk, paprika to flavor, and dill weed to flavor. Mix.
Place the bowl mixture back into the egg whites, place the shrimp on top of the eggs.
**Heat the frying pan back up and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese into the frying pan about ¼ cup and melt into the mixture for a nice sauce optional.
